High-Speed Laser Cutting
TD Steel's high-speed laser cutting system takes quality and productivity to the next level! The MESSER FIBERBLADE 6025 is equipped with 8’ x 20’ shuttle tables that allow simultaneous material loading & unloading for quicker production.
The high-power 12KW laser uses nitrogen cutting for materials up to 3/8" thickness and oxygen cutting up to 1" thickness. The system delivers exceptional speed, consistency and quality.
Thanks to the PURITY NITROCENTER generator we’re able to produce our own nitrogen onsite, reducing waste, while lowering operating cost and optimizing energy use.
